  • Subprime mortgage broker Moneyzone fined €65k

    ONE of the largest mortgage brokers during the boom has been fined €65,000 by the Central Bank for failing to act in the best interests of its customers.

  • House sales exceed guide prices

    In the last week, 13 residential properties were sold at five auctions in Dublin and around the country with prices ranging from €25,000 up to €1.87m.

  • Eight homes sell for over a million

    Millionaires haven’t gone away, you know. As many as eight people lashed out more than €1m on snapping up bargain houses in the last five weeks.
