Cheap ideas for family meals from Irish supermarkets

The main supermarkets in Ireland are all quite enthusiastic about sharing their ideas for saving money with you.

Four of the big supermarkets each provide very handy recipe websites where you can learn about cheap and nutritious ways to feed your family.

You could also try some traditional Irish recipes if you want.

Or if you are a bit more adventurous, you could try a traditional Klingon recipe :

‘Thing on a Stick’ (serves 1):

Impale something on a sharpened stick.

Cook over a pile of burning tires until bored. Serve hot and enjoy.

There are some other Klingon recipes available also.

(As a vegetarian, the Vegetarian Lasagna sounded nice until I read it)
