NCA research reveals a nation of ‘smarter’ consumers

The National Consumer Agency has published results of recent research which examined how consumers have both coped with and responded to the impacts of the recession.

The results revealed that Irish consumers are more savvy when it comes to shopping:

  • 73% plan to continue shopping around
  • Two thirds managing finances better
  • 72% thinking carefully about what and when to buy
