A very dull sounding, but quite useful PDF document is available from the Courts Service called Bankruptcy and the Official Assignee.
As they explain
“The staff of the Office of the Official Assignee have prepared this booklet for the assistance of members of the general public in relation to personal insolvency.”
It is a must read for anybody in serious financial difficulty who has heard the terrible ‘B’ word mentioned.
